Reads
Reads your note: customer, work, quantities, rate and terms.
Billie reads your work note, builds the invoice proposal and asks only for what is missing. You stay in charge: Billie proposes, you approve.
Billie turns a short work note into a proposal you review. It asks one question when something is missing, and it never saves or sends on its own.
Reads your note. Customer, work, quantities, rate and terms, pulled from a sentence or two. Corrections are plain words too.
Asks one thing at a time. If a detail is missing or two customers match, you get a short question with choices.
Waits for your approval. A proposal is not applied until you accept it.

Billie wants to save an invoice
Needs your approval
Saved. Not sent. Sending is your next step.
An assistant you cannot trust with money is not worth having, so the limits are part of the design.
It does not send an invoice because you asked for a draft.
It does not do the arithmetic. The app calculates totals and tax in whole cents.
It does not say something was saved, sent or paid unless that really happened. It does not give tax advice.
Billie is part of the product, in the web workspace and in the iPhone app.
AI drafting is switched on only after provider, spend and privacy review. Until it is on, a note you type is not sent to an AI provider, and you draft and review invoices by hand.
In the web workspace the agent that does the work is called Sauw. It follows the same rule: it proposes, you approve.

Your message, the draft and proposal in front of it, and the recent conversation on that task. When AI drafting is on, those are sent to the AI provider to produce the proposal, so we disclose it in the workspace before you use it.
Yes. Every invoice can be drafted, edited and reviewed by hand, and the manual path stays available.
Voice dictation is built into the iPhone app and is in testing. Speech recognition runs on the device.
No. Billie does not move money, and bank connections and payment processing are not available.
